How to Perform:

  1. Neck rolls: 5 each direction
  2. Shoulder stretches: hold 30 seconds each
  3. Hamstring stretch: hold 30 seconds each leg
  4. Quad stretch: hold 30 seconds each leg
  5. Hip flexor stretch: hold 30 seconds each
  6. Full body reach: hold 30 seconds
