Swimming Workout Routine

How to Perform:
- Warm up: 200m easy swim
- Main set: 4x100m freestyle with 30s rest
- Kick set: 4x50m with kickboard
- Pull set: 4x50m with pull buoy
- Cool down: 200m easy swim
- Stretch on pool deck
